I often joke that Ceci is “not sweet, but she is good” but the truth is that anyone who can put up with me and all of my shenanigans is pretty sweet after all!  Is “sweet” her defining characteristic?  No.  Ceci is good!  She is VERY good!  She is strong, she is wise, she is a natural counselor and she loves our kids so well.  She is faithful, consistent and hospitable.  She is willing to follow God wherever He leads us (and to date that has gotten a bit crazier by the year!) She is my best friend and the mother of my 3 beautiful children and I love her with all of my heart (but FAR from all of my actions)!

Ceci, you are the rock in our family life who keeps things going.  I love you so much and am so glad to be on this adventure with you!  I am sorry that I can still be such a punk and I thank you for putting up with me as Christ changes me into His likeness.  Thanks for being such a good example to me of what it means to be a Christian.  Ever since Christ revealed himself to you 11 years ago, you have sought Him with abandon.  You are an inspiration!  I love you and I hope you have a great birthday!
